Compensation: $120,000 – $175,000 + Performance Bonus + Equity

We’re hiring a Partnerships Lead to build and manage Sent’s ecosystem of carrier, technology, and channel partners. You’ll focus on integrations, co-selling motions, and platform relationships that directly drive adoption and revenue.

You’ll work closely with sales, product, and marketing to make sure partners are well-integrated, supported, and generating clear pipeline and usage. This role is hands-on: sourcing, structuring, closing, and managing key partnerships end to end.


In this role, you will…

  • Define and execute Sent’s partnership strategy across carriers, aggregators, ISVs, CRMs, CX platforms, and channel/agency partners.

  • Source, negotiate, and close partnership agreements that drive new opportunities, usage, and revenue.

  • Work with product and engineering on integration plans, joint solutions, and partner technical requirements.

  • Collaborate with marketing on joint messaging, announcements, and go-to-market campaigns.

  • Enable sales and customer success to use partnerships for co-selling, referrals, and added customer value.

  • Track and report partner performance with clear metrics and regular reviews.

  • Represent Sent at relevant industry events, conferences, and partner forums.


You’ll be a great fit if you…

  • Have experience in partnerships, business development, or channel roles.

  • Have experience working with SaaS, CPaaS, or API-based products.

  • Have a record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing impactful partnerships.

  • Are comfortable working cross-functionally and aligning incentives across partners, sales, product, and marketing.

  • Can prioritize among many potential partner opportunities and focus on those with clear commercial impact.

  • Communicate clearly, manage expectations well, and follow through on commitments.


Nice to have

  • Existing relationships in messaging, telecom, CRM, or CX ecosystems.

  • Experience building or scaling a structured partner program.

  • Experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
