About the Role
As our Operations Associate, you'll be the CEO's right hand, collaborating closely to drive Sent’s ambitious growth strategy. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our future by spearheading strategic initiatives, optimizing operations, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making. This high-impact role offers direct access to leadership, the opportunity to influence company direction, and a front-row seat to the evolution of business communication.
What You'll Do
Lead Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to define strategic priorities, develop detailed execution plans, track progress towards key milestones, and communicate priorities across the organization.
Drive Operational Excellence: Design and implement scalable processes and infrastructure to support rapid growth, streamline operations, and maximize efficiency across all departments.
Champion Data-Driven Decisions: Develop frameworks for measuring success, analyze company performance, and provide insightful reports to inform strategic decision-making.
Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication and alignment between teams, breaking down silos to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives, building and nurturing a culture focused on accountability and swift execution.
Enhance Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with the CEO and functional leads to refine our ideal customer profile, value proposition, and messaging framework for effective market penetration.
Support Sales & Partnerships: Conduct market research, develop compelling pitch materials, and assist in deal negotiations to drive revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
Capture Customer Insights: Establish feedback loops with customers and prospects to gather valuable insights, identify new revenue opportunities, inform product development, and identify new revenue opportunities.
What You’ve Done
3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of success in a high-growth startup (SaaS experience a plus).
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects independently, delivering impactful results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience interacting with C-suite stakeholders.
Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Job Specifics
Location: This role is based in NYC and requires working in-office 5 days per week.
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 per year depending on experience, plus a competitive equity compensation package.
